Physical Education Attire 2013-2014
At the bottom of this page is a file containing the dress code for Physical Education classes for the upcoming school year 2013-2014 titled "What to Wear in PE." Please be advised that a stricter policy for clothing and footwear has put in place to maintain a safe and healthier environment for all. Students who are not dressed appropriately will not be able to participate fully in class activities which will affect their grade.
Leading an Active Lifestyle
Not everyone can achieve ideal physical fitness throughout their lifetime. However, it is important to remain active. Everyday activities include things like, housecleaning, yard work, gardening, shoveling snow, taking a walk, vacuuming, and walking the family pet. It seems easier to get moving on days when the weather is nice, when you have incentives, or when you have a partner to workout with. Don't find excuses not to move. If you only have 5 minutes, move for 5 minutes. On days you can do more, do more.
